Trả lờiXóaIn recent years, a booming of international tourism and the extension of multimedia in various kinds all over the world are the main reasons for traveling in over the world. In my opinion, this can bring about a wide knowledge from other countries, however, that reason may have both positive and negative sides of international travel and the mass media
On first the advantages from international travel is very beneficial. Tourists have more opportunities to visit and understand many famous landscapes around the world. They can improve their knowledge of local customs and traditional cultures in some geological locations. For example, travelers can gain their knowledge from real their eyes if they just see on their TV programs and they will enjoy their relax time beside their families and friends. In addition, travelers can understand the history of some places in around the world and they will expand their background to develop their studying
On the other advantages, international traveling can bring many economic benefits to the local people so it is undeniable that tourism has become the important industry sector in every country, especial developing country. Not only could it enable local people to earn profit by doing business of service for tourists but it also create many job opportunities like tour guide or travel agent. Therefore, the people's income as well as the local economy will grow considerably. For instance, in some historical landscapes like Dong Phong Nha Cave, One Pillar Pagoda…that have many historical stories to hear usefully.
However, it is clear that international tourism will cause several negative actions for environment and local people. In more detail, when a large amount of tourists go to the place for traveling, they can release a lot of waste to the natural landscape that could be ruined by their unconscious behavior. Moreover, travelling and mass media would violate the private life of local people.
In short, many reasons of traveling can have many sides so travelers should concern carefully when they decide to go travel in foreign countries.

Trả lờiXóaGiven is the table illustrating information about five companies in Britain that comes top in a survey of staff conducted by a national newspaper to find out which companies are the best to work for.
Overall, it can be seen that all of companies are lacking of staff over 55s. Another interesting point is that some companies which have high position have high salary income.
Looking at details, there are a similar pattern in the number of staff which around 60 people. However 5th company has a great higher the number of staff than other.
In terms of Male &Female, the percentage of FM is the most popular in 4th company. There is a similar trend in the ratio of Male and Female in 1st, 2nd companies which account for 30:70; 47:53 respectively. However 3rd company has far more male than female member staff.
As regarding age staff turnover, significantly more Age group under 35 than over 55 work in 5 companies.
The number of staff turnover in 5th company head of list which account for 33%. Holding 13% is the number of staff turnover in 4th meanwhile the lowest is 1st company.
With regarding to salary, the top company has highest salary is 3rd company which make up 48% while both 4th and 5th companies have extremely low income.

Some people believe that international travelling and widespread of different kinds of mass media all over the world have made more possible than ever for people live in other countries. In this essay, I will analysis the positive and negative of statement.
First of all, there are many benefits from using travelling international and media. Worldwide touring and mass media are playing an important role in connecting people in all continents. The first advantage of worldwide travelling is that it could bring many economic benefits to the local area. It is undeniable that tourism has become the important industry sector in every country. Not only could it enable local people to earn profit by doing business of service for tourists but it also create many job opportunities. In addition, it also enhances cultural commination between countries.
In regard to the mass media, especially the Internet and television, it has played a vital part in popularizing information in geological and social terms instantly. People are more accessible to International news than they used to. Satellite television enables people to watch programs from other countries and the Internet informs people of current affairs all over the world. Therefore, people can easily broaden their knowledge about foreign countries in a variety of fields.
Nevertheless, there are possible disadvantages of international travel and mass media. In particular, some media do not tell the truth and give incorrect information which is controlled and manipulated. Consequently, people might misunderstand other countries.
