Trả lờiXóaThe bar charts show the quantity of French adults whose parents spoke a French regional language to them in childhood and the number who speak those languages to their own children. In general, the popular languages being used is different between generations.
First of all, Alsatian and Occitan were predominated languages which parents of French adults spoke habitually, roughly 600 thousands people for each. On the other hand, Occitan was also the dominant when parents of those spoke occasionally, approximately 1 million people but the number of French adults heard Alsatian occasionally from their parents decreased dramatically. Besides, a regional language which French adults were heard from their parents as habitually in childhood was Breton, it just accounted for approximately a half as previous ones. However, this figure rose significantly when French adults used to hear occasionally from their parents. In addition, two regional languages French adults's parents used habitually also occasionally at least were Creole and Corsican, about under 100 thousands people.
In contrast, when French adults speak a region language to their own children, Alsatian is a regional language being used the most, at 400 thousand people. The number of people speak Occitan is lower than first one. Moreover, Breton, Creole and Corsican are rare spoken, under 100 thousand people.
Task 2
In modern society, people have more the concerns about work also life, which seems to lead to stress – a major problem is now regarded. It is thought that people suffer from stress than they did in the past. However, others argue that previous generations were under more pressure, but the idea of suffering from stress did not exist. In my opinion, I strongly believe that the more modern life is, the more pressure people get.
On the one hand, nowadays people often struggle with many difficulties and challenges. One noticeable thing is all people having to work hard for earn living to care for themselves and their family. Thus, they often face to pressure from work and employer. Sometimes, they get worry to being fired and become to be unemployed, especially in economic crisis and employment is scarce. Besides that, people can get stress easily when they are unhappy with their family and friends. Moreover, stress occurs not only on adults but also on teenagers who have pressure from schools and teachers. Student today have to complete amount of exercises of many subjects attributed to tiredness and exhaustion of them.
One the other hand, society also is a significant issue contributed to stress of people. Although much technological advance is invented to help people communicate more easily, they do not close to as they did in the past. They prefer to surf sites and make friends via social network than to contact face – to – face with others. This leads to fragment of social community and loss of national solidarity. Moreover, criminal in modern life increases more than the past so people seem to distrust around others. An unsafe life with loss of faith attributes to pressure of people.
In conclusion, developed society brings to people many advantages but it also gives us important problems as stress. Thus, people nowadays should balance between work and relaxation, spent much time for family and friends. Furthermore, people should do exercise every day and have a proper diet in order to limit stress.
